Professional Diploma in General Management
The Institute's flagship general-management program. A full-time course of study in strategy, finance, operations and leadership, built around live cases and a capstone advisory engagement.

Overview
The Professional Diploma in General Management is the Institute's flagship program: a full-time, 21-month course of study for people who expect to carry responsibility for teams, budgets and business decisions.
Teaching follows the case method throughout. Each week you prepare real decisions, defend a position in a capped cohort, and translate the discussion into work that can be used in a professional setting.
The program concludes with a supervised advisory engagement: a term-length client mandate assessed by written recommendation and oral presentation.
